C.E.O. of Systems Corp.
Systems Corp. is a fictional R&D megacorporation within the Thing-Thing universe, which had apparently created Project 153, Project 154, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades and the other bio-weapons.
As a whole, it acts as the antagonistic force throughout the main series. They are most likely trying to manipulate life through genetic engineering, as at the end of Thing-Thing 4 when the C.E.O. is going to use Project 154's body to refine the DNA splicing process.
Overview[]
They stand by the slogan of "Innovating Life." They are known for promoting a lively work culture, exemplified by their tradition of Wacky Tie Mondays, where employees wear ties in unconventional color schemes every Monday. However, despite the fun façade, SC maintains a strict policy against employee laziness. In Thing-Thing 4, an electrocution punishment poster highlights the consequences of employee incompetence. Furthermore, employees of Systems Corp. are unwillingly expendable, the massive deaths are seen as negligible by the C.E.O., of whom just pushes forwards in face of many lives lost.

Security and Research Staff[]
Throughout the Thing-Thing games, 154 relentlessly battles against a wide array of Systems Corp. combatants, including mercenaries and hired guns deployed to eliminate them. However, Systems Corp. also maintains its own security force, whose members prove to be just as vulnerable as the mercenaries. They are commonly portrayed in the games wearing a PASGT helmet, body armor, and black combat shoes. Their weaponry primarily consists of medium to heavy firearms, such as rifles.

Systems Corp. is known to employ numerous scientific personnel, although they often meet unfortunate fates during combat encounters. The first instance of such an event occurs in Thing-Thing 1 when Project 154 escapes their cell, and a scientist, armed with a handgun, engages in combat. However, it is worth noting that this particular event undergoes retconning in later renditions of the Thing-Thing 1 timeline, where the scientist was unarmed and merely studying 154.
The scientific personnel employed by Systems Corp. in the Thing-Thing games appear as nondescript Thing-Things wearing lab coats, shoes, and having distinctive hairstyles. Their appearance is often associated with the archetype of a typical scientist.
Throughout the Thing-Thing games, Systems Corp. are shown to possesses substantial wealth and influence, allowing them to acquire whatever they desire. They exert a strong control over their mini-society, creating an "Iron Curtain" effect where individuals willingly comply with Systems Corp. directives. This is evident in their creation of the supercity known as "Sunset City" which is an employee housing development for the company populated by loyalists. Additionally, Systems Corp. is a significant purchaser of military vehicles, often operated by bio-weapon pilots trained in handling them, as seen with Project 153.

Trivia[]
- The smug, scheming, cigar-chomping C.E.O. of Systems Corp. is seen at the end of Thing-Thing 4, had a monologue for 154 about the current financial state of the corporation after his rampages and the reasoning for hunting him down. In spite of the lost investments, he appears to only be slightly annoyed, suggesting that the purchasing power of the corporation has only scarcely diminished, if not temporarily stunted from growth.
- Systems Corp. possesses the technology to reanimate dead bodies, for reasons unknown, though a plausible theory is to create an endless supply of super soldiers that can be reused even after dying.
- They have the resources and money to hire seemingly endless numbers of mercenaries to do their dirty work, such as hunting down rogue bio-weapons.
- Ironically, Systems Corp. have soldiers that are underequipped to deal with 154.
- The only time System Corp's soldiers have successfully won over Project 154 is when opening fire upon the rogue bio-weapon in the gas chamber.
- Ironically, Systems Corp. have soldiers that are underequipped to deal with 154.
- Weasel may have previously planned to name it "Bio Synthesis Corp." when developing Thing-Thing 2, as seen in the building of the world map.
- Strangely, they can genetically engineer Stinky Beans in a special chamber, as seen in Thing-Thing 4.
- Considering the improvements of Stinky Beans since leaving Systems Corp. in Thing-Thing 2 and Thing-Thing 3, plus the use of sentry bomber drones and improvements in armament, the company probably still researched and developed new weapons during the story.
- Systems Corp. is heavily implied in the Thing-Thing Arena series to have resurrected Project 154 (or at least, restarted it using 154's genes) to be an obedient company slave for use in tests. This likely occurred after the "behavioral tweaking" mentioned by the C.E.O. The fighting that the implied 154 endures is probably to assess how the Bio-Weapon handles combat and the potential profit from selling such weapons to "buyers.", as per the C.E.O.'s monologue.
